Our Herd Freed Hartz executive search team was honored to partner with T-Mobile on a nationwide retained search to find their new Sr. Director, Source to Pay.
T-Mobile is the second largest wireless US carrier with 130 million subscribers. The Source to Pay (STP) Value Stream Owner is responsible for oversight of the STP process within the Magenta Services Center, including driving process improvement and commitment to outcomes and value across the end-to-end STP value stream. STP process involves the sourcing, negotiating, and contracting of supplier goods and services for indirect, device and network as well as the receipt of the goods and services, and the management and settlement of payables. The STP Value Stream Owner collaborates with other value stream owners and Business Partner Team leaders to ensure the STP process is integrated with other business processes and systems.
