Our Herd Freed Hartz executive search team was honored to partner with T-Mobile on a nationwide retained search to find their new Sr. Director, Order to Cash.
T-Mobile is the second largest wireless US carrier with 130 million subscribers. The Order to Cash (OTC) Value Stream Owner is responsible for oversight of the OTC process within the Magenta Services Center, including driving process improvement and commitment to outcomes and value across the end-to-end OTC value stream. OTC process involves the customer and product setup, order management and fulfillment, billing, collections, cash application and revenue accounting for our consumer and non-consumer device and service. The OTC Value Stream Owner collaborates with other value stream owners and Business Partner Team leaders to ensure the OTC process is integrated with other business processes and systems.
